- Update to version 5.25.1:
  * Update embedded dnsmasq version to 2.90+1
  * Fix spurious "resource limit exceeded" messages.
  * Update dnsmasq version to 2.90
  * Update expected dnsmasq warnings
  * Reverse suppression of ANY query answer logging.
  * Add --dnssec-limits option.
