Smar NOTE: Build is disabled (for x86_64) because docs are not useful here at all. The reason for it:

The build for x86_64 is failing anyway, as I’ve set timeout of the build VM to 1500 seconds, after which the VM is forcibly killed. But at least on build.opensuse.org’s openSUSE:Step:15’s kernel-docs took maybe 3000 seconds for a single step. So just skipping it.
