C compiler utilities: ar, as, gprof, ld, nm, objcopy, objdump, ranlib,
size, strings, and strip. These utilities are needed whenever you want
to compile a program or kernel.

NOTE: This is purely to have binutils-gold package to build SLE153-llvm11. Can’t use name SLE153-binutils since this is multi-spec package.
