Low Level Virtual Machine
LLVM is a compiler infrastructure designed for compile-time,
link-time, runtime, and idle-time optimization of programs from
arbitrary programming languages.
The compiler infrastructure includes mirror sets of programming
tools as well as libraries with equivalent functionality.
Smar NOTE: This exists solely to get clazy-standalone linked against llvm15, as otherwise it would use llvm copy not used as main llvm (i.e. it is missing certain libraries).
