Miscellaneous dependencies for nonfree packages.

This may contain some generic dependencies, that can be regarded as always necessary, or packages that provides OBS functionality.

NOTE: SLE15-SP2 and SLE15-SP3 are linking to upstream so we can get some missing build dependencies (mainly Python packages that are only published to Packagehub).

There is some hackery that seems to be for avoiding circular dependencies, so maybe better to have cmake in its own repository.

These can’t be built with debbuild, but are required for some debbuild operation, hence these can’t be in Debian:debbuild project. As OBS isn’t that flexible.

RHEL’s repositories are a mess, so to build some packages, I need to have some extra packages.

Gerrit makes reviews easier by showing changes in a side-by-side display, and allowing inline comments to be added by any reviewer.

Gerrit simplifies Git based project maintainership by permitting any authorized user to submit changes to the master Git repository, rather than requiring all approved changes to be merged in by hand by the project maintainer.

NOTE: Gerrit has some external dependencies as Bazel modules. Most packages here are those modules, frozen to versions specified in WORKSPACE file of Gerrit’s Bazel build system.

Smarlayout is a keyboard layout designed for Finnish language, but also provides improvement when working with English compared to QWERTY.

Smarlayout is derived from DAS layout.
